2025 New Year's Resolutions

And we're back! I skipped doing New Year's Resolutions for 2024 but I wanted to write down some wishes and goals for 2025. Mostly what I'd like to focus on this year is just slowing things down and working on the fundamentals of my life.


Typically the tradition is 100 resolutions — with tons of filler — but this time we're just going to stop whenever. 😆 



  1. Be happy as much as possible!

  2. Worry and overthink as little as possible.

  3. Become a healthy person!

  4. Exercise and/or walk daily.

  5. Develop basic muscles.

  6. No more injuries or getting sick.

  7. Fix my sleep schedule... D: The ultimate goal is to regularly sleep at midnight and wake up at 8 AM!

  8. Live as lightheartedly as possible.

  9. Learn to fully relax my body and mind.

  10. Do fun things, including what's outside of my comfort zone!

  11. Work hard without overworking myself.

  12. Become less of a workaholic / productivity-holic.

  13. Be more appreciative of all the good things I have or that happen to me.

  14. Find more joy in mundane and small things.

  15. Compliment other people more.

  16. Be confident in myself.

  17. Speak up for myself more.

  18. Learn to shake off and let go of regrets.

  19. Learn to compartmentalize negative feelings and move on to doing other stuff.

  20. Enforce my boundaries and never allow anyone to ever use me as a punching bag.

  21. Strengthen friendships with those that I like.

  22. Improve at speaking, conversation, enunciation, etc.

  23. Improve at speaking on camera (context: I'm part of a podcast!!! ;v; it's a Grand Archive TCG focused one called TalkGA)

  24. Make less mistakes when playing Grand Archive.

  25. Organize master playsets of GA bulk cards for new players!

  26. Continue making strides against my stage fright.

  27. No more mindless scrolling on Twitter.

  28. Dopamine detox...

  29. Make it a daily routine to use a heated compress for my dry eyes.

  30. Rest my eyes more often.

  31. Start regularly taking Omega-3's.

  32. Engage in hobbies that don't require staring at screens or sitting for long periods.

  33. Mayhaps I finally practice bass guitar?

  34. Dance more.

  35. Remember to stretch before sleeping.

  36. Figure out how to improve my quality of sleep. Magnesium? Meditation?

  37. Blog whenever I can!

  38. Write more in general.

  39. Read more. (I've become a regular audiobook listener but would be nice to go back and read some of those books.)

  40. Multi-task less often.

  41. Improve at time management and predicting how much time I need to get ready for stuff.

  42. My room needs a mighty tidying lol.

  43. Be more shameless and forgiving of myself!!

  44. Be more strict with my acid reflux diet. :c I made too many exceptions this past year... Somebody has to stop receiving exceptions.......... Goodbye, chocolate

  45. Try to cook more.

  46. Break my fidgeting habit. You can see it constantly during podcast episodes ugh lmao.

  47. Without putting too much pressure on myself, I want to be proud of everything I make this year! That means no more overloading my plate which leads to making mistakes and rushing.

  48. Do cool video projects.

  49. Sing as much as I can!!!

  50. Live laugh love man idk
